Lydmarie brings more than 15 years of experience in education to her role at 240 Certification, with a career built around helping aspiring educators succeed and leading high-performing teams and schools. Her background spans curriculum leadership, reading intervention, teacher certification, and program operations across both educator preparation programs and school districts.
Lydmarie currently serves as Interim General Manager at 240 Certification, where she oversees team operations, candidate support strategies, staffing initiatives, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has specialized in process improvement, team development, and creating clear, supportive pathways for future educators.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and a Master’s degree from Liberty University with an emphasis in Reading Intervention.
