- What is a Program Advisor?
The Program Advisor is your Certification Concierge. They are assigned a small group of teachers with the only job of making those teachers successful.
Becoming a teacher in Texas is a long, hard process. It is complicated and every teacher seems to have their own, unique path to certification.
We believe every teacher candidate in the certification process needs a Certification Concierge to help them navigate the complex process so that the teacher can be their best teaching self.
- How much is the program?
The cost of the program is $300 to enroll and a $4,200 program fee.
That means it is just $300 to start teaching. Once you get a job, the remaining $4,200 payment plan begins.
- What makes 240 Certification different than the other programs?
After 10 years of working with tens of thousands of teachers in Texas, we saw teachers of big alternative certification programs struggle to know what to do next. Teachers from these big programs are having to look beyond their program to find the answer to a simple questions: “What do I need to do next to be a teacher?”
At 240, even we were asked these questions. And we hated to see good teachers struggle to navigate the complex world of teacher certification.
And that is why the foundation of our program is the Program Advisor. Every teacher in 240 Certification is assigned a Program Advisor that they can directly call, text, or email with any question about teaching. Any question you have can be answered by the Program Advisor. It is their job to make you successful.
And every Program Advisor is assigned a small group of teachers- so you know that you’ll get the answers you need when you need it.
